The Clearwater Marine Aquarium has touch tanks, as well as many exhibits, but there is one in particular that has captured the hearts of so many visitors: Winter, a dolphin that was rescued from a crab trap line. Her story is bittersweet; while she lost her entire tail, the CMA was able to produce for her a prosthetic sleeve to be used as her tail. She was featured on NBC Today Show, BBC and CNN, and is a very inspiring creature to see.
