As for our relationship with Heike, it goes back over 12 years when I first contacted her regarding a property down in the Clearwater area. Over those years she has patiently showed my wife and I many high end properties. ..... Heike has not only been our agent of choice, she has become a true friend that we could always trust and rely on for anything. She never once in all the homes she showed us left us with the feeling of any pressure or that we wasted her time if the house was not what we expected. She has always been very gracious each and every time.

Over the past twelve plus years we became aware of several agents in the Clearwater area who have most of the high end listings, but never once thought of listing with them. Heike has always looked out for our best interests, and we are honored to call her a friend. She has always been professional with us and with the other listing agents, even at times when some of those agents were somewhat insulting. As you could imagine, after many years and hundreds of e-mail requests and calls with Heike, she never once gave me the feeling that she was not interested in working with us. We are very pleased with our new house and the process. You may know, that Heike sold me my Townhouse about 7 years ago. This was a challenge since I was then living full time in New Hampshire and coming down periodically to view homes. Working with Heike made this process very enjoyable and practical. First of she listened to my needs and was able to help me choose homes that were the best fit and to advise on some that probably would not be a good fit. After a couple trips where she showed me houses that I insisted on seeing, but she cautioned that they were not really a good fit, I knew I could trust her judgement, and focus on a smaller set of houses to see during my visits. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market and communities and would bring up a number of considerations that would not have occurred to me to ask, but were very important. I never felt pressured or "sold. I felt serviced and advised and able to make an informed decision. When my ex-wife, with whom I share custody of our son, decided to purchase a home here, I naturally recommended Heike. Again, we had a great experience, and even though I have now been here a while, Heike was able to offer some excellent advice in considering the various neighborhood off the beach where we intended to buy. I would highly recommend Heike to my friends and colleagues whenever I am asked about property in Florida.

Heike was wonderful. She was so helpful with giving me time to prepare for buyers. She is thorough in arranging for photos of my condo and making suggestions. I always felt confident she would take care of details. You are fortunate to have such a competent person on your staff.
