At 31 years old, Zach is already a seasoned professional – totally emersed in his family’s real estate and construction businesses for two decades. He been part of real estate buying and selling and construction all his life – exposed to the intricacies of 1,000’s of transactions and projects. He says his measure of success for his customers is delivering solutions and value (as defined by the customer) through his smart work, listening, and follow through. He is glad to share his extensive local market knowledge of the Pinellas beach areas. Backround

Zach is at ease with diverse settings and people – from the Texas cowboy code to the southern charm in the southeastern US to traveling throughout the U.S., South America, and Italy. These experiences have created a calm dependable personality and the smile of confidence. Zach is a graduate of the Realtor District 6 Leadership Institute and gives back to his community and industry participating in Realtor RPAC and other philanthropic organizations.

Zach is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a Realtor Member of Pinellas Realtor Organization where he served on the RPAC. Zach’s family has owned beach and investment real estate all across the United States for generations. Now living and owning properties near Indian Rocks Beach since 2015, Zach has totally learned Pinellas County’s local real estate market, especially the beaches. He is currently successfully buying, improving, and selling homes here through the Breland LLC and commercially. His resume includes Project Management for a national general contractor and for North America’s #1 medical aesthetics provider . Zach completed his early apprenticeship in real estate and construction many years ago through his father and mother – who are both Brokers and general contractor. On his own, he worked his way up from construction field hand eventually earning his way up to senior national project manager. Today, he owns his own successful general contractor services company and helps buyers and sellers with their real estate.

Early Background

He was in the real estate office and on the job site by the time he was 10 years old. Zach was born in Corpus Christi TX and lived in its suburb, Portland across the bay from the Gulf of America. There his family served successful careers in the residential golf course development business first at NorthShore CC in the little bayside suburb of Portland TX. From there his family was transferred to Pinehurst North Carolina where Zach enjoyed some of the world’s finest golf course developments. They were transferred to Orlando, and he enjoyed attending Disney, Universal and the other attractions many times. His family returned to Tampa living in Carrollwood and Odessa/Keystone. The family moved to Panama City Beach to manage master planned residential developments at Wild Heron and SanDestin. Next they moved to the Atlanta to continue with another national developer. There Zach graduated high school at Lagrange Academy. He managed his studies and showed himself well in several varsity sports. He was a member of the National Honor Society and Varsity Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer teams and completed the Chamber’s Leadership Troup County. Zach’s next adventure was attending the University of Alabama – Roll Tide! He relocated back to Florida and completed his business degree at the University of Florida – Go Gators! He’s an avid sports fan and follows SEC college football closely.
