Each condo has the master bedroom on the ocean side and a fully equipped kitchen. There are both gas and charcoal grills downstairs in the community area. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool and hot tub located on the beach with many lounge chairs and tables/chairs on the deck. Right off the pool is an indoor recreation room with restrooms, ping pong table, foosball table and lending library. The property has lovely green space landscaped with native plants. This complex will ensure your family has a wonderful experience. Want to try something different? Walk across the street and rent jet skis and paddle boards or borrow free bikes from the Plumlee office. Caddy’s waterfront restaurant is right across the street. Enjoy waterfront dining or take the trolley down to Crabby Bills just a mile North. The sugary sand beach is the perfect playground for your vacation memories. The Sand Castle I building will be closed to vacation rentals from August 1, 2024 until January 31, 2025 for construction and maintenance. The onsite Plumlee Office will remain open.
