Gulf Front Spectacular views from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. King in the master, 2 Doubles in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Three televisions, 2 DVD players. Toll free phone service to US and Canada. Washer/Dryer in unit. Gulf front views from both the living room and the master bedroom. The building amenities are nice too. There are both gas and charcoal grills on the grounds for your use. The restrooms for the pool area are located in the community room that has doors leading right out to the pool area. The beachside deck has loungers and a large, heated pool and hot tub. Remember to ask your reservationist about the FREE weekday bicycle use available at the rental office.

Very well appointed kitchen. We appreciated the starters of hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, dawn & dishwashing tablets. There were  plenty of clean towels and lots of bed pillows. Very nicely furnished, with Roku TVs in all rooms (very nice)! Loved corner unit. Very nice washer & dryer. Nice balcony furniture & drying rack. The elevator being down was very inconvenient.

The entire staff has been totally helpful and kind over years of stays The units we have had are clean, cared for and comfortable. The only advice I have is if you are arriving by car pack some kitchen utensils if you intend to cook. I suspect that over the years utensils have disappeared.

The furniture in 608 was lovely this year. They had fixed it up nicely including new porch furniture. Glad carpet was removed. The only complaint was non-stick cooking pans need to be replaced.

We appreciated all of the little things like the drying wrack outside for wet clothing, Beach toys, wagon, umbrella, cooler. We were supplied with plenty of towels. It was pretty quiet and the people were all very friendly. So easy to get to the beach. We loved the pool and grilling area too. They even had shopping carts to tote all Of your groceries up the elevator with. I would have never thought of that. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience and nice condo. The only issue was the showers not draining properly at first . Phoned Plumlee and they had someone there promptly to clean out the drains. After that, everything was absolutely fantastic! Great unit, facilities, and great service!

From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at ease. This trip was for me to decompress from the death of my mom. I really needed this! My daughter son in law and grandbaby were able to join us making this a great trip. They adopted a baby and I hadn't gotten to spend but 4 days with her so this was some great bonding time with her. Thank you for an amazing home away from home.

A week after hurricane Irma, the place was like nothing happened. The condo was excellent, the pool was crystal clear and the lawn and trees where all groomed. They provided shopping carts and luggage carts so we could bring things up to our condo. The condo was fully equipped and having a washer/dryer was a added bonus. I will book this place again and use Plumlee for my next vacation .

Sand Castle 1 608 was nothing less than amazing. It had all the comforts of home. The location was beautiful. The unit was nicely updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sounds from the ocean through the balcony doors put us right to sleep each night. The beach was only steps from the building (steps past the amazing pool and spa). The grounds crew worked daily at keeping the property perfect. We look forward to a return soon.
