Beverly Schroeder

Beverly coordinated everything for us. We live out of town, so it was inconvenient for us to be onsite sometimes. She went above and beyond to help us facilitate things needed at the house along the way. She sold our home my marketing the home well, hosting open houses, and contacting people in the community, and providing weekly update reports via email. I have already referred her to my Executive Assistant who is looking for a rental very soon and will likely be looking to purchase something in a year or two.

From the moment Sandy, Plumlee's Owner Advocate, introduced us via telephone, I felt very comfortable with Beverly. To my extreme delight, our relationship turned out to be THE perfect match. Beverly is extremely bright, has a wonderful, kind personality, and instantly makes you feel that special connection with her. But what made her exceptional to us was her complete devotion to us as her customers. Ha! At times, I even had to tell her to rest LOL!

Her responses to my emails, text messages and telephone messages were quite literally immediate. My fingers had barely left my keyboard and there was her answer. She is efficient, professional and has a natural ability to explain sometimes complicated real estate situations to a layman. And I must not forget her never ending patience, especially when explaining certain rules and regulations that apply to foreign owners. We have bought and sold several properties in the past (commercial and residential). So, we have dealt with all types of sales agents. We both agree that Beverly is THE BEST Realtor we have had the privilege to work with!!

Finally, her most outstanding quality is her compassion. She loves her work and it shows. She loves people in general and it shows. She is respectful, thorough, smart and funny and most importantly, we valued and trusted her opinions from the beginning.

I will certainly tell prospective customers about Beverly. As a matter of fact, I've already recommended her to one of our neighbors / owners. They are thinking of selling their condo and I told them all about Beverly and our wonderful experience with her as our Realtor.

In the future, I will recommend her to all my Florida friends and acquaintances!!! Thank you also to the company for being there with us when we closed. Peter and I really appreciated it. We know you stepped in to help Beverly when she was called away to help her mom. The fact that Beverly is so devoted to her mom, is a big part of what makes her special. She is devoted to her family and she makes us feel as if we are part of her family. For me, that is the Number 1 Quality!!!
