Starting at a very early age I spent a career working in the hospitality industry, and eventually a dream grew to move to a warmer climate. I was confident my prior experience would give me the expertise to communicate clearly with people; and Florida real estate sales, like hospitality, requires excellent communication skills, plus it is very fast paced. I learned quickly in hospitality to be super organized; and I’m using this now to help my real estate customers each and every day. Now, I am well along in my journey to be an expert on local beach front investment properties and am fully prepared today to help you with all your real estate needs.
In my spare time, it’s not unusual for me to offer to help friends and family members redesign a space, paint, or just simply organize a closet. For me – giving someone the opportunity to see their home in a new light, just by moving furniture, or painting a wall gave me such a great feeling. I have always enjoyed interior design and it has been my go-to for as long as I can remember…
Being from Syracuse, NY (Go SU!) which by the way is considered one of the snowiest cities in NY, I traveled to the Gulf Coast for more than 25 years to visit family. It was always something I looked forward to. Soon I realized that it might be time to put down roots in the Florida area I had come to know and love. I chose Pinellas County for its diverse culture.
While planning my move, I had to consider my background in Human Resources. It is a very specific field that differs from state to state. I knew I would be successful if I were to remain in New York in my established field, but I felt I had the horsepower to tackle my ultimate dream of living in Florida and jumping into real estate full time. Taking advantage of the incredible weather – one of the best reasons for relocating – helped make that decision easier. Now I guide others who have the same dream of relocating by sharing my great experiences.
