Loved the Recent Updates

We loved this newly renovated condo which was well equipped, meeting all of our needs. The condo is on the second floor with a beautiful view of the beautiful landscaping and awesome sunsets over the gulf. Also the location is great, across the street from Caddy\'s with an outside patio overlooking the waterway. I will definitely be returning next year for another wonderful beach vacation.

I was really worried at first with this being a condo below the plumlee rental standards. I didn't know what to expect, but figured how long were we going to be in the condo, it's a vacation. From the time we checked in, we were greated with friendly people. Nothing but smiles and happiness. We also got complimentary hotdogs, chips and a drink the day we checked in for customer appreciation. That was such a nice gesture considering we just got off the plane. We were told no early check ins, which was a bummer. We would have liked to unload our luggage so we had room in our car for groceries. That was ok. They gave us some options in what we could do. At 4pm is when our code to the door unlocked. We walked in, and the place was really clean. New shower curtains in both bathrooms. There were 3 bedrooms, each had clean towels laying on the bed all folded nice and neat. We unloaded our luggage everyone picked their room, then we were off to the grocery store. Everything is so close, within 20mins. The beach is right out the back door. We watched the sunset every night. It was amazingly beautiful, wish there was a spot to post some pictures. We walked the beach every morning. Went to different beaches, took boat rides, nature walks, collected tons of shells. There was 5 of us in our group, 4 adults and 1 preteen. None of us had any complaints, except when we had to leave, no one wanted to come back home. So. If you're a little leary in renting this condo... don't think twice. We loved it!!❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a "Value" unit and we realize that. The location on the second and the location of the parking space was perfect. To have a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. There was a lot of cutlery, glasses, plates and towels which was fantastic as we have rented other units where this wasn't so plentiful. Of course the unit could use some updating (needs to be painted and the closet doors need to be replaced) but it was very clean. None of this prevented us from enjoying ourselves and we know that we could have notified Plumlee at any time and has some of these issues resolved. We would, however, consider staying in this unit again if some of the above issues were addressed. Thanks again for a pleasant vacation. We would certainly book with Plumlee again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castle 1, unit 203. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated having a volley ball net up, were hoping for it but didn't know and the beach and pool area were very great. Liked the library.

Excellent gulf view from our open balcony! The condo was pretty much as advertised. Good value for a gulf front residence. Pool and jacuzzi were warm and big. The beds were very comfortable.

We loved the 2nd floor location with the balcony facing the ocean--what a treat!!! The table and 4 chairs on the balcony were enjoyable in the morning. The condo was clean with average furnishings--couches were old and uncomfortable, but the bedrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast, lunch and an occasional dinner. The area was wonderful--beautiful beach, fabulous restaurants (loved those with live music) and the trolley kept us from having to drive to places outside a walking distance. We will definitely contact Plumlee again when we want to visit in the future!
