This is a direct Gulf Front condo that is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. It sleeps a total of 6 people with the ideal bedding! The master bedroom has a King with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The living room and master bedroom both have slider door access to your private balcony. Watch amazing sunsets each evening as you lounge on the balcony, pool deck, or beach. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact or mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on the property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away. The height of the garage is 6' 10". Sun and Sea is a non-smoking building and property in its entirety.

Great customer service

We found Plumlee when we saw the office while staying at another property. Talked with a reservationist, Kim, and she provided information on Plumlee. I would stay at this vacation property again. We had issue with air-conditioning and called to report. They put us in adjacent condo for the evening. Our air conditioning was fixed the next day. I know that maintenance issues can happen, and Plumlee did a great job of taking care of us and resolving the issue.

Condo is in a convenient location close to everything you need on vacation. We love Indian Rock Beach and how it has resisted the big guys and stayed family friendly.
