Her parents taught her to strive to be the best at what she does, and she can certainly handle challenge. When she sets goals for her customers and herself, she absolutely accomplishes them. She is passionate and committed when helping people – finding out their needs and delivering.
Like many people, one of Katherine’s life goals was to move to the beach. Some years ago, she vacationed in Pinellas County, staying at the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, and soon after she acted to make her goal a reality. She chose Pinellas County on Florida’s west coast beaches, because its lifestyle felt younger and more active to her than other areas.
As a part of her move to the beach she set a goal to sell real estate professionally full time. There she could help people with their real estate needs and wants. Plus, she knew she’d be outside enjoying the Florida sunshine, researching real estate, and meeting new people. She completed her studies at the Bob Hogue school of Real Estate and has been busy ever since.
She’s is originally from the township of Denville in northern New Jersey, 30 minutes west of Manhattan, NY – graduating from Parsippany Hills High School, and then attending County College of Morris.
Katherine’s mom had a career in the health food industry, and her influence led Katherine to be a health and fitness instructor. Her dad, Karl E. Schoelch, Chief Land Surveyor at N. J. Turnpike Authority, completed notable highway projects including Interstate 80. Her step-father was a successful chemist who owned a chemical plant processing cashew nuts into resin for the automotive industry.
Katherine initially started off in cosmetology, but her showmanship and speaking skills quickly led her to professional modeling and broadcasting. She served as a main event personality while working in Atlantic City for HBO Boxing after Dark. During that time, she lived on the east coast of Florida in Palm Beach & Ft. Lauderdale, traveling back and forth to Atlantic City, Manhattan, & Miami.
Later she moved to Houston. There the real estate market was depressed, but her research and people skills kept her productive. In 2013 she moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She liked the area, but did have to adjust to a smaller population. There life was centered around the gorgeous outdoors. The head of the Napa Valley is found there, and she did discover the area has great wine. She became involved in charity work, the newcomers group, and real estate. She perfected her natural skill for researching real estate opportunities, and she enjoyed helping people there with real estate needs.
