NOTE: The first floor Chateaux condos are closed until the end of February 2026 for balcony upgrades. There may be noise and vibrations throughout the Chateaux building until mid-February 2026.
Direct Gulf front beautiful condo. The living room has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and provides large TV with an Apple TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, workspace, and TV. The condo has been custom designed with wood ceilings and floors, built-in shelving, and cabinets and features a Double murphy bed in the living room faced with beautiful beadboard. The kitchen and bathroom are updated with granite and high-end appliances, including a microwave, double oven, and double dishwasher. The bathroom has both a step-in shower and a clawfoot soaking tub. *PLEASE NOTE* There is a step-up in the bathroom for the toilet, shower, w/d and tub. This unique condo has a washer/dryer in the unit. The condo has everything you need to make wonderful memories, have great meals, and just relax. The complex is professionally maintained and offers two pool area bathrooms, an outside shower with a paver deck, and a heated pool to be enjoyed year-round. Enjoy timeless sunsets and the sounds of waves from your wonderful covered beachfront balcony. Free long-distance calling to US and Canada and free Wi-fi in the unit. Ask about FREE PERKs, like bikes and DVDs.

Plumlee are an excellent Company to deal with and we cannot speak highly enough of them. We originally booked our vacation in 2019 but felt reassured dealing with Staff over the intervening years, until we arrived, that our reservation was In safe hands. On our arrival to collect items needed for our stay, meeting the very friendly Staff backed up our impression of them gleaned over the Atlantic telephone lines. They are very pleasant and welcoming. Our condo was in a beautiful location and in good condition. On the occasion we had to contact Plumlee - tv not working, they sent a very pleasant young man who came out immediately. We will most definitely be using Plumlee again, and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Great Condo
by CynthiaThis condo has great views of the gulf. I really liked the path to the beach and the pool was well maintained. The furniture was comfortable and the decorations were nice. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
