Beverly is FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond for us, and I truly feel like the deal would have fallen through if she had not been our Realtor. We are exceptionally happy with her services. She followed up with us to make sure we were getting everything to our mortgage company. She got us significantly lower flood insurance by getting the prior owner’s flood insurance policy rate. She made sure the sellers removed the items which we wanted removed before we closed. She made sure to remind us to get utilities in our names…. and… So many other things!
