BLACKOUT DATES
Blackout Dates include Spring Break Season February 14 – April 4, 2026, Fourth of July Week (Sat. – Fri., July 4 – 10, 2026), Thanksgiving Week (Sat-Fri, November 21-27, 2026), Christmas & New Year (Sat. December 19, 2026 – Fri. January 1, 2027).
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept payments by personal check, cashier’s check, money order or MAJOR credit card. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of total reservation and full travel insurance premium (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is Non-Refundable.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit refund (less $200 service fee and travel insurance premium) will be applied if cancellation has been confirmed a minimum of 45 days prior to arrival date. To avoid a $200.00 cancellation fee, you may move your reservation to a different date. Some restrictions may apply.
