Indian Rocks Beach Hallowfest
Saturday, October 22 from 10a.m. to 1p.m. at Kolb Park in Indian Rocks Beach is the annual Hallowfest event. This family favorite has all of the best fall fun in one beautiful place. The kids love the pumpkin carving, face painting, bounce houses, games, petting zoo, pony rides and train rides. But that’s not all!

Indian Rocks Beach Halloween Home Decorating Contest
Hey there all you Indian Rocks Beach home owners, this one’s for you! Plumlee Realty is sponsoring the IRB Halloween Home Decorating Contest and Award. Drive through Indian Rocks Beach and choose the best decorated home this Halloween season then click here to cast your vote. Each participating home has a lawn sign with voting information on it.
The winning home receives a $100 gift certificate to a local business plus bragging rights and a plaque. The wicked winner is announced on November 10 at the IRB Homeowners Happy Hour.

Halloween Block Party & Trick or Treat at the John’s Pass Seafood Festival
The John’s Pass Seafood and Music Festival offers up four days of fun in Madeira Beach from October 27-30, 2016. Not only will you find world-class Gulf Coast seafood, live music and entertainment every day, you’ll also get to experience some family-friendly Halloween adventures, too. Did we mention the Gulf of Mexico is your beautiful backdrop? It is!
Friday evening from 7-11p.m. is the infamous Halloween Block Party, while Saturday is the Trick or Treat through John’s Pass from 10a.m. to 6p.m. with a Kids Costume Contest at 3p.m. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure, so make plans to be there.
Bram Stoker’s Dracula at Ruth Eckerd Hall
Saturday, October 29, get into the Halloween spirit at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. The Tampa Ballet Theatre performs a three-act ballet based on Bram Stoker’s gothic horror book with music by composer Wojciech Kilar, the composer of the 1992 movie of the same name.
The story of Dracula follows Johnathan Harker, Mina Murray and Lucy Westerna in their horrifying encounters with wolves, vampires and the count himself. Dracula is a disturbing and sensual story about love, death and the undead. The show starts at 8p.m. Get your Dracula tickets here.
Boo Bash at Bright House Field
Monday, October 31, bring the family out to the Boo Bash at Bright House Field in Clearwater. It’s all treats and no tricks at the ball field!
The kids and kids-at-heart are going to love this free Halloween celebration featuring interactive areas for children including games, hay rides, a costume parade on the field, and plenty of candy for everyone. The spooky fun happens from 5:30-8:30p.m. It’s safe and family-friendly!
Creatures of the Night at Lowry Park Zoo
Creatures of the Night at the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa is a new event for families to enjoy this Halloween. On Fridays and Saturdays through October 29, you’ll find eerie adventures for the whole family from youngsters to teens and adults.
