Have been using Plumlee for nearly 35 years for vacation rentals

The HV II and Plumlee Rental offices both treated us well and were responsive to our needs/questions. Weather was great; overall property was well maintained and updated; the room met expect for its rating.

Carolina (reservationist) was awesome to work with!! She helped us book for this year and also for next year!! I don’t remember the lady who checked us in at the office but she was great too!!

Thank you for finding us this property at the last minute. We were happy to get away from a long winter in Northern NY! All of your employees we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We have traveled the world, and found the kitchen the best equipped we've used. The burners on the stove need to be checked as I don't think all of them worked. Also, an operation manual would have been useful for the oven. Overall, we felt at home in Holiday Villa II 111.
