To promote American Heritage and provide a community service, the City of Indian Rocks Beach typically holds an annual Flag Retirement Ceremony at Kolb Park. This ceremony allows residents and guests to honorably disposing of worn United States Flags. So if you have a tattered or torn U.S. Flag, this is your opportunity to retire it respectfully.
