The living room and breakfast nook have sliding glass doors to a private balcony where you can view both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The living room has comfy couches, a large 58" ROKU smart flat screen mounted TV, and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen is updated and has extras like a breakfast table with a water view, an ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to a private balcony, ceiling fan, additional seating, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin-size beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a double/twin bunk bed, and a pull out/trundle twin bed, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub with a shower. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo. The property provides direct access to the beach, a heated pool, both Charcoal and Gas Grills, and 2 assigned parking spaces. Maximum 8 People.

We were pleasantly surprised the moment we walk though the doors! This place was amazing! Roomy was the first impression then cleanliness then very well stocked from the kitchen to games and the beach supplies!!!! NICE!

Had a great experience in our condo. The rooms were clean and spacious- plenty of area and sleeping space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and then some. Bonus beach stuff in the closet to use. Highly recommend it!

This is one of the best condos we have every stayed st and we have been coming to Florida since 1962. This was a great accommodation for our family it was beautiful and up to date and we had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this to anyone. Hope to come again soon.

We absolutely would rent this condo again! Loved how furnished it was and the view!!!! Your rental office was outstanding! One of the employees even gave us their resident card for put putting. That was over and above our expectations. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the free dogs, and pop when we arrived. We were definately hungry and thirsty and that was a thoughtful gesture.

This was a spectacular unit. Ithad everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We are considering a trip back Labor Day weekend and will most assuredly be staying here if available. Either way, this will be our place to stay from now on.

We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal just with everything from this well equipped kitchen and the furnishings were wonderful. As our 5 year old Grand-Daughter Haley said this pool is so clean. The wall hi,med,low ceiling fan & light controls spoiled me. The view from the balcony of the gulf and intercoastal waters allowed us to see the sun rise and sun set.
