This is a very large quiet townhouse-style complex that is just steps to the beach!
The upper floor unit offers gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night from the private balcony. Bright, spacious two bedrooms, 2 bath unit (sleeps 6).
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and 32" TV. Living room features a 50" flat-screen TV and a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. This unit is perfect for those who want a longer stay as it has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo. Guests have use of the parking garage for one vehicle and another can park directly outside the garage.
The property itself is located just across from the Gulf, with only a short walk across the 2 lane road and down half a block in either direction to the beach accesses. The complex offers a heated pool for guests to use at the complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mariner's Point. The rooms were excellent and well maintained and more spacious than anticipated. The only thing we noticed was that we could hear the neighbors talking/snoring but we were made aware of the potential noise prior to coming so we used a fan and we couldn't hear the neighbors anymore. But that definitely comes down to personal preference and what bothers you. Other than that there's not a thing I would change!

Mariner's Point property was in a great location. It offered views of the channel and a short walk to the beach. The condo was extremely clean and well-equipped. It was a quieter part of the island, but within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions.

Condo was everything we were looking for and its huge!!! Location was great! Not crowded and right across the street from the beach. Only down fall is actually walking up three flights of stairs everytime you leave which is a lot but other than that everything was amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mariners point 404. We were amazed at how well stocked the unit was with dishes and cookware. The unit was an easy walk to the beach and the wagon in the garage with sand toys made it easy get everything you needed to the beach while you were there. We only experienced positive things while we were there! We will be back!

Plumlee team was great, Linda was very supportive and helped ensure everything was good on a minor issue with the property and a pleasure to work with. Great to see the team cares as much as the owner does for the property which will keep us coming back via Plumlee. Thanks to Linda Property: Some of the beach amenities in the garage need to be reviewed, quite a bit of the items likely need to be disposed of or updated, but there was still ample supply and the wagon a real plus for the beach days, might need a bit of paint as the rust is starting to take over.

A beautiful property well located. The unit itself is a spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and new furnishings and appliances. The pool area is the ideal size for the condo. It is well located with easy access to the beach. Great views from our balcony overlooking the intercoastal.

Upon checking in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and made us feel right at home. The property in which we stayed was large, open, clean, and tastefully decorated. Most of the other families in the building were residents and were very friendly. We regularly greeted each other in passing which gave a very welcome feel. The views were gorgeous and the location could not have been better. Beach access was right across the street, and nightlife was close enough to be convenient, but not so close that it was a nuisance. This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We will certainly be vacationing with Plumlee again!

This is our second visit to this unit. What a wonderful condo in a great location. The unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had a beautiful view of the inter coastal from the master bedroom and the living room. The unit was well appointed, great decor, lovely (and comfortable) furniture. Location is amazing - 3 minute walk to the beach. In addition, several lovely restaurants, cafe's etc. so you could walk for dinner, drinks and snacks.
