IS CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT AN OPTION?
Yes! Plumlee Realty puts a high priority on health and safety by offering Contactless Check-Ins and Check-Outs using the Walk-Up Window. We encourage the use of this service for the benefit of our vacation rental staff and guests. We also encourage the use of technology whenever feasible to reduce person-to-person contact.
WHAT CLEANING STANDARDS ARE IN PLACE FOR PLUMLEE VACATION RENTALS?
Plumlee vacation rental cleaning standards meet or exceed CDC guidelines. Our cleaners use an extensive checklist to ensure that all areas of the vacation rental have been cleaned and disinfected. We also have cleaning inspectors who come in have an additional checklist to complete, while also cleaning and disinfecting high-touch items and areas a second time.
HOW ARE TOWELS & BED LINENS LAUNDERED?
All bed linens and towels are cleaned at our professional in-house laundry facility. This is a new county guideline, but Plumlee has already been doing this for years—because your health and safety have always been part of our mission. Linens are cleaned to the highest professional standards. No laundry is done by our housekeepers in the rental units. Dirty linen is bagged in the guest unit to eliminate excess contact while being transported. Fresh linens are delivered in bags.

WHAT ARE THE INDIAN ROCKS BEACH VACATION RULES AND REGULATIONS?
The best part about choosing an Indian Rocks Beach vacation rental is the ability to social distance easily and safely in your home-away-from-home. As recommended by the CDC’s social distancing guidelines, guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them. You will notice more Sheriff Deputies at the local beaches patrolling and monitoring the number of people at the beaches. Both public and private beaches may be closed by the Pinellas County Sheriff Office if they are at capacity. You can check the beach capacity here.
ARE THE PUBLIC POOLS AT MY INDIAN ROCKS BEACH CONDO COMPLEX OPEN?
Yes, the public pools are open with some limitations—and social distancing rules apply. (A condo building HOA pool is considered a public pool.) Similar rules apply to the pools as the beaches. Seating is to be placed to allow at least six feet of separation between groups of guests, no groups are to have more than 10 people, and pool capacity must be kept at 50%. It’s always best to ask about the current pool rules and regulations upon your arrival so you are aware of the latest updates and information.
