Ready for the perfect getaway? Look no further! This is a beautiful condo ready for a family of up to 6 people in this 3 bedroom, Gulf View condo. The master bedroom has the ideal setup with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a sliding glass door to the balcony to watch the nightly sunsets. It is also equipped with a private bathroom that has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Double bed and a TV for guests to enjoy. Lastly, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Located in close proximity is the hallway bathroom with a bathtub. This condo also has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo for those wanting a longer stay than the 5-night minimum that this building requires. The condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach at the Reef Club building. The building itself offers amenities such as a tennis court, heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ for guests to enjoy during their stay. Don't forget to take up on the FREE daily weekday bikes and Free movie rentals offered by the management company Plumlee!

Very clean unit! Pool area was wonderful. The beach was clean, nice sand and an easy walk from pool deck to water’s edge. We even saw dolphins while in the Gulf! We would definitely come back to this property.

This condo was updated clean quite roomy and comfortable. The pool area was also clean with lots of lounge chairs There is also a great low gate enclosed play area great for letting a toddler run free. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was very nice, clean, and very spacious! We arrived late but check in was still very easy. Great location, not a very crowded beach which we liked. Great for families, our daughter made plenty of friends at the pool! We had a great time during our first family trip to the beach before our little one starts kindergarten.

We had a great time for our first trip to the Indian Rocks Beach area! Our condo was very nice, the beach was not overly crowded, not too far from shopping or more touristy attractions in Clearwater, great place for families! Over all had a great time and would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing views, comforts of home, excellent amenities! I searched for a long time for the right place for my best friend, and our two 14 year old daughters to stay for a week long trip to the beach. I chose this property, and could not have been happier with it. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen had almost everything we needed (only missing a pizza cutter), and the distance to the beach was minimal. I spent every morning walking on the beach, eating my breakfast on the balcony, and swimming in the pool til the rest of the crew got up and then we would go about our day. The pool and hot tub and the surrounding areas were all well taken care of and very clean. We did have an issue with the AC while we were there, but the property management team got Phil out to fix it ASAP. He checked on us later in the day to ensure it was still working and also recommended a great local Mexican restaurant! I really enjoyed staying at this property and the location is great! Very close to the other beaches and lots to do in the area.

Reef Club 303 is an amazing place. The view from the balcony is top notch. Everything is well taken care of, especially the hot tub and the pool area. The covered parking was great to have as well, no boiling hot car to get into when we were ready to roll out for a day elsewhere.

One of the bigger items we base our vacation rental decision on is the amenities that are offered. While the hot tube/whirlpool met our expectations, the heated swimming pool fell far short. While the weather turned cold during our stay, the pool turned to a bitter cold temperature for the week and only warmed up adequately on friday. Aside from that the place was A+ and we would love to stay again but only with the assurance of a HEATED pool.

Additional information re: the tennis courts would have been helpful. I thought there was a place on site to rent tennis raquets. This is just a small suggestion but really did not impact our enjoyment of the property. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. The hot tub was too hot for me to use personally although other guests seemed to be able to tolerate the high temperature.I have problems with my back and always try to rent a place with a hot tub so I can get relief of the muscular aches and pains esp. in the mornings.The availability of the shopping carts to bring groceries up to our room from the car was a nice convenience. I found that very helpful.
