One Bedroom, one Bath, direct Gulf front condo with a private balcony only feet from the edge of the sand. The living room has a TV with DVD player, and cable. There is a Queen sleeper sofa and ceiling fan for added comfort. The bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Entry to the bathroom is from the Hallway only and not the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The property has an online application operated laundry room on the 1st floor The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset, grill tools are provided in your kitchen. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and an assigned parking space. The putt-putt golf "Smugglers Cove" is just across the street, the kids always have fun feeding the little alligators. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance and many just up and down the beach within 2 miles. Please ask your reservation agent about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Excellent Location!
by Lisa G.First off you should know this isn’t a regular Airbnb. This unit is run by a rental company. They don’t just send you a code and you let yourself into the door. You have to go to their rental office and check-in like a regular hotel — sign papers, pay, and then they give you the info for your unit. We did not realize that and were really taken back by it. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, and once we had our info we could go to our unit which was a couple minutes away down Gulf Blvd. Excellent location! Right across the street from a French bakery (where they really spoke French) who had the best croissants. The view of the ocean was priceless! We watched dolphins and parasailers right from the patio. Kitchen had limited cooking items. They have a regulars drip coffee maker and a TV in the bedroom (both things we love and always look for when choosing our Airbnb). The bathroom was small with no shampoo, conditioner, body wash like other airbnbs. The location was perfect!

It sounds like the views from your balcony were truly enjoyed. Also, I very much agree about the French bakery, Voila-Merci. This place is a real gem of our community. Annual Family Florida Trip

We stayed in a different condo across the street the previous year and reserved this place before we left so we knew what the building looked like beforehand. But when we finally got to the condo it was super clean and well put together. The giant glass wall/slider door facing the ocean was just awesome! Our 8 and 12 y/o loved it also even though they had to sleep on the pull out couch. We would definitely stay again.
We have rented a lot of condos in Florida over the past 30 years, and Plumlee was one of the better rental agencies we have dealt with. The property was well-maintained, everything was as they said it would be, and they were helpful thru the entire process and stay. Highly recommend.
Great location. Friendly realty office and very fun perk to have bikes free to use!!
