Beautiful oceanfront apartment

This apartment is a true gem right in front of the ocean. It has been recently remodeled, with everything updated and replaced. It features beautiful lighting that brightens and enhances the entire space, making everything feel brand new. There are smart fans in both the bedroom and the living room, creating a comfortable and spectacular atmosphere. All the appliances are new, perfect for enjoying a wonderful vacation. The design and décor were done with great care and love. You can also enjoy the beach, which is great for fishing, along with a spectacular and very healthy environment.

Updated Unit with Sunsets, Minor Construction

Unit 105 is nice. It’s a large 1 bedroom condo. Beautiful sunsets on the ocean. It’s a recently remodeled unit from Hurricane Helene. The unit is better than the pics with newer lighting, bedding, fans, appliances. We had a pullout couch and small murphy bed. Pros- perfect sunset views. Directly oceanfront. Recently hurricane remodeled unit. New paint, appliances, bedding, supplies. Relatively fewer people and quieter crowd. Convenient restrooms by pool. Plenty of parking. Walkable convenient store and 2-3 coffee restaurants. Cons- still hurricane construction during our stay although told done multiple times from Plumlee. Few times woke us up early morning and noise from parking lot directly loud on 1st floor unit. Seemed lighter work as the week went on. No landscaping/grass at all on west and broken lights (still hurricane damaged). No tables outside. No one using west of complex. Pool was cold. Lacking overall security.

Lovely bright decor...well equipped kitchen with lovely spacious granite countertops...lots of counter space because the microwave was over the stove...the view of the ocean with the palm tree in the centre is spectacular! Love the comfortable beds! We enjoyed this lovely unit.

The layout and furniture was comfortable and stylish. A/C worked awesome big plus! The large closet in the bedroom was a nice surprise. We really loved this condo. The beach is very close and it makes for a overall pleasant beach experience. We will rent again and recommend to friends.
