Christa and I have worked together before - on the sale of my condo in St Pete Beach. Once again, she went above and beyond on this latest purchase. This was a tough transaction, being a renovation home on the Intracoastal. She looked out for my best interest every step of the way. We recently had the pleasure of working with Christa in the selling of our condo. We met Christa over a year ago. When we started thinking about purchasing a home she was warm and extremely knowledgeable from the start. At one point, we stopped looking, and we were re-thinking what to do. She was so understanding, and told us to get back with her if and when we were ready. I moved to Florida early in 2016 and started to look to purchase a house. I was referred to Christa at that time - and what a wonderful experience! Christa was so patient with me and we looked at many houses. When I found the house I wanted, she was with me every step and made the purchase extremely easy. Then in 2020 I decided to sell that house and Christa was there for me again - making the sale so easy and painless. We sold the house the same weekend it was listed. I trust her completely.

Grateful for Christa's help. When we completed the inspection on the home, the inspector found two sets of air ducts in the house and couldn't understand why that was. He was concerned about wasted energy as some of the air conditioning ducts had holes in them. The Sellers just brushed off the findings, but I was concerned. Christa took the initiative to get an air conditioning contractor to examine the issue. Turns out, previous owners had left the old air conditioning ducts up in the attic, and put it new ones. Problem solved. We really enjoyed working with Christa and will work with her again.

In a nutshell, Christa was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
