As soon as you enter this charming property you will feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have bright white cabinetries and granite counters. There is both a K-cup and drip coffee maker. The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a King size bed, TV with cable box, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has Twin beds, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom has a step-in shower and is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and hallway. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony.
