Direct Gulf front condo on Indian Shores with amazing sunsets from your private balcony. This condo is in a smaller building with only 10 units and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the perfect quiet getaway. The Master bedroom has Gulf views and a King size Sleep Number bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The open floor plan living room has comfy seating, sliding glass doors to a private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and a TV with a DVD player. There are both free secure Wifi and free Long Distance calling to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The full-size kitchen includes a microwave and has everything you need to make memorable meals. Under building assigned parking, plus a guest parking space available. The heated pool is on the beachside of the building. Sunshine on Indian Shores is a NON-SMOKIING PROPERTY IN ITS ENTIRETY. Smoking is not allowed on the patios, pool area, or grounds. Ask the rental manager about FREE Perks, like weekday bikes and DVD movies. Fireplace seen in photos is not usable.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Located feet from the clear gulf waters, the beach, and a beautifully maintained pool, you can soak up as much fun and sun as you would like. The large balcony provides a great venue for dolphin watching, the occasional manatee, and some of the world's most beautiful sunsets. We eat as many meals as possible on the well appointed balcony while soaking up the natural beauty. Comfortable beds provide great sleeping conditions to prepare you for the next day of activities or relaxing. There are many great restaurants nearby with some of our favorites being Indian Shores Coffee (A must try is the huge Maui Morning muffin), Sweet Sage Cafe for breakfast or lunch, and Keegans for incredible fresh seafood are a few of our favorites. Whether you're looking for fun in the sun or a quiet, relaxing vacation, Sunshine on Indian Shores is the place to be able to do it.

Walking into the condo was a pleasant surprise to the large living and dining room areas, spacious master bedroom with sounds of crashing waves beyond the sliding door, stereo system throughout giving us a great beach feel, and patio balcony perfect for our morning coffee, quite time, people watching, and hanging out with friends and family and of course front row seats to the best sunsets! This vacation brought us the tranquility of the beach to a much needed wind down from life's stress and looking forward to staying here again!

We had a perfect stay of 3 weeks at Sunshine on Indian Shores. The apartment is big enough for 4 people and well equipped and maintained. The balcony is very big. the sea is only 10 seconds from the pool! We have visited Indian Shores more than 10 times now and it feels like home for us. Sunshine on Indian Shores helped in keeping that feeling. I hope to be back here again.

Plumlee is always a pleasure to deal with. Sunshine on Indian Shores 3B was larger than we expected. The size of the balcony (which is off both the master bedroom and the living room), was amazing. Small complex with an ocean front pool. Very quiet beach area, which was wonderful! Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Sunshine on Indian Shores 3B was perfect and just as expected from seeing pictures on the internet. The condo is so spacious and "homey" feeling. We had an amazing time and love the area! The condo unit did not disappoint. We spent the week their on our Spring Break...the weather was beautiful, condo was great and the seafood was amazing!

This was one of our favorite vacations. We loved everything about the unit, but especially the huge balcony.The elevator was a nice treat as well. Indian Shores was as always a wonderfully beautiful and relaxing vacation spot and Plumlee made all of the details incredibly simple.
