Direct Gulf front Penthouse 10th floor condo is the place to make your vacation memories. This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a birds eye view of the beach of Indian Shores and the Gulf. Relax on your private balcony as the sun provides a spectacular show in the sky nightly. The comfy open living area has plenty of room to move around for the family. The living room has a ceiling fan for added comfort and a TV with cable and a DVD player. The dining area is perfect for family meals and game nights. The updated kitchen has all the amenities of home and can accommodate large special meals to a simple beach picnic. No need to overpack there is a washer/dryer inside the condo. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and TV. Stayed two weeks. Nice accommodations! Beds super comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Had a few maintenance issues during our first few days, however, they were all attended to promptly. Andrew from maintenance was super patient with us, super nice and very well attentive. Amanda and Deb from Plumlee followed up with us also promptly. There was only one maintenance issue that we ourselves attended to because one of the bathroom sinks was completely plugged with hair. How the cleaning crew was able to clean the sink without catching that issue is somewhat puzzling. Definitely would stay here again if ever needed a 3 bedroom.

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered upon arrival, especially the oversight regarding the bathroom sink. This was our second stay at Sandcastle II condominiums in Indians Shores, and we were there for four weeks each time. We love the proximity to the beach and pool and the esponsiveness of Plumlee to our needs. Many restaurants are within a short walk or short drive, yet the area is relatively quiet and un-congested. In short, we find this to be an ideal location for a family location if beach, pool, dining, and relaxation are the main goals.

PH4 at Sand Castle 2 was incredible. The owners have done an exceptional job renovating this condo to the point that we felt like this was a brand new condo. I think we are the first people to use many of the appliances. The owners of this condo provided everything we needed and then some with most everything in the unit being an upscale choice. We loved the way they renovated the master bath and changed the shower to a walk-in. We are looking forward to returning to Indian Shores and to PH4
