Wake up to the Gulf and end the day watching the sunset from your balcony. Sand Castle III 403 is a direct Gulf-front, three-bedroom, two-bath condo in Indian Shores. The beach, heated pool, and hot tub are just an elevator ride away.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area faces the water, keeping the Gulf view in sight whether you’re relaxing on the sofa or preparing a meal. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and soundbar, while sliding doors open to the balcony and the sound of the surf.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Gulf views, balcony access, a Smart TV, and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and ceiling fan. The second renovated bathroom includes a tub and shower. With beds for up to eight guests, the layout works well for families and groups traveling together.

The kitchen includes full-size appliances, an air-fryer oven, a dedicated coffee station, and a separate beverage refrigerator. You’ll also have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and one assigned parking space near the building entrance.

Spend your days on the wide, sandy beach or beside the Gulf-front heated pool. The property also offers a hot tub and poolside gas grills. Across the street, you’ll find Caddy’s and Island Marine Rentals; Salt Rock Grill is a short drive away. The Suncoast Beach Trolley provides another way to explore the neighboring beach communities.

Squeaky Clean & Responsive Host

The location was beautiful and had lots to do while also being in a very quiet and private area of the coast. We absolutely loved the view and ease of access to get to and from the pool and beach. The condo was the most well cleaned Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in - a huge plus! The beds were very comfy. Mattress quality is always something I look for reviews. The cleanliness and comfortable beds are a top priority when away from home. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient and the AC worked very well! The bathrooms plenty of towels/wash clothes, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The view was unmatched - we saw dolphins while playing at the beach and the morning we left we saw one more close to shore - that was incredible!! The local coffee and pastry shops were so delicious and lots of great places to eat nearby. We will for sure be back!! It’s not common in most places we’ve stayed, but an air fryer would have been so helpful if that could be added just as a bonus.

We have been staying at units in Sand Castle III and would probably say this is our favorite unit. The condo was beautiful. It was stocked well with just about anything we needed. We did have a couple of minor issues, the garbage disposal didn't work and the modem had to be changed out, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful. We appreciate your being able to extend our stay an additional week. The location of your units are ideal for family vacations. Our kids and grandkids absolutely loved being there! The sliding glass door in the main room ( living room) is extremely difficult to open and shut. Also, although the condo is certainly updated, it could really use a coat of pain. We brought removable hand rails for the master shower but it would be nice if this had been more handicap accessible. Thank You, Martha
