This beautifully recently renovated beachfront unit has Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with sliding glass door to the balcony and direct beachfront views with Flat screen TV and DVD player, Two Double beds in 2nd bedroom with 37" TV, and Two Twins in 3rd bedroom with 37" TV. The Living Room features a Power recliner and 65" Flat screen TV and DVR with extended cable and sliding glass door to balcony with direct Gulf front views. The kitchen also has a Microwave and the Washer/dryer are inside the unit. This property provides Assigned Parking, Heated Pool, Spa, Gas Grills. Free WI-FI in your unit!!

The condo was so well maintained and looked exactly as the pictures were shown on the Plumlee website. I have seen others and stayed in other units and the pictures looked great. But, was a complete different story when you got there. Very run down. Every little amenity I would need for a beach vacation was there. I would highly recommend this condo over and over again.

We had an amazing stay at Sand Castle 3. They facility was very clean along with the pool and hot tub. The condo was immaculately cleaned. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need and more...best stocked kitchen than any condo we have ever rented. The view is amazing from the oversized balcony. We met so many nice families that have been coming here for 40 plus years. Indian Shores has my heart!

Sand Castle III Unit 305 is magnificent!! The most stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, all rooms are very updated and the entire place is very cozy and welcoming! The view, is spectacular I could sit on the balcony for hours just observing the surroundings. I highly recommend this condo it is my happy place!!

Fantastic Condo with Stunning views of the Gulf! This condo must have been completely updated and was done with style. The unit was very tastefully decorated, furniture was new, clean and very comfortable. We absolutely felt at home! We like to cook, the unit had everything we could possibly need to prepare meals. We enjoyed sitting on the very large end unit balcony sipping coffee in the AM and enjoying our dinner al fresco while watching amazing sunsets!!!! We will definitely return if we can book this unit!!!

All of my encounters with the Plumlee Rental staff, from the initial reservation process to questions and requests handled by the call center staff exceeded all of my expectations. They were wonderful and so easy to work with! Every conversation I had with a Plumlee employee far exceeded my expectations. From letting me know that although the initial unit I was interested in renting was unavailable, a second larger unit was available and the price difference was nominal (We loved our 3 bed/2 bath corner unit!!) to calling me back with information on a local business that rents beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. when Plumlee ran out. (Keith from Our Little Suitcase was a dream to work with, and we would definitely work with him again!) Our unit was very clean when we arrived, and was very well stocked with all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and mugs, and included a game closet that had a number of games and books. When the handle I the guest bath shower wouldn’t turn off, the Plumlee staff member I spoke with was quick to act, and a plumber was at our unit within a few hours, and the problem was fixed. The only feedback that I have is the water heater for the unit is woefully inadequate for a condo that can accommodate 8 people. If I rushed, I could just barely complete my shower before running out of hot water. The next person would have to wait before taking their shower.
