This top floor condo has a private balcony looking up the North end of the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach. The living room and master bedroom have views of the water. The comfy living room is the perfect place to relax from a day on the beach or visiting local attractions. Living room has Roku Smart TV. The master bedroom features King size bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, Romeo and Juliet slider door and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The fully appointed kitchen has been updated and is perfect to make those family meals or beach time picnics. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and Roku smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer right in the unit. Nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience of your vacation experience. The property has a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, gas grills, beach access, and assigned under-building parking. Very family-friendly! This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One dog up to 30 lbs. ($200 Non refundable pet fee). Pet fee will be applied after reservation is confirmed.

Great location - Great pool
by Bobbitt J.Great location and beautiful view! We have rented numerous properties in the Reef Club and we found that this location could use some TLC and updating. The fan and light in Master Bath roars. Ice maker does not work. Power in the loveseat recliner is broken. The vertical blinds in the master are older and a bit difficult to manage. Reef Club overall is a great location. Beautiful beaches, great pool and very convenient to all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.

WOW what a great stay we had at Plumlee - perfect location, the best ocean views, and simply a wonderful condo that met all our expectations. All of the local restaurants within walking distance were amazing - I highly suggest all of them!
A screen on the outside of the 2nd bedroom was falling off in the walkway to the condo. The Maintenance man was prompt in removing the screen within about 15 minutes after my phone call and replaced the screen within a day. Good service. Thank you.
