However, keep in mind that this building is a wood frame building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot. This unit has a King in the master, two Twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer and WIFI for guests' use. The property offers a heated swimming pool and hot tub for guests' use until dusk.

Clean, accommodating, condo with great views in Indian Rocks Beach

Great customer service. Love how you provide bikes and beach equipment if needed. Also providing parking passes for nearby restaurants was a great perk. Very happy with Plumlee. Thank you!
The property and Plumlee Rentals are wonderful. We have always enjoyed our stays. This facility was one of the nicer large facilities, still keeping the number of units low.
Room was nice and clean, washer and dryer was a big plus
