It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without the overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a wood frame building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot. This unit has a King in the master, two Twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer and WIFI for guests' use. The property offers a heated swimming pool for guests' use until dusk.

by JoannaLoved the rental company and the bike hire it was great fun. Apartment was a good size and nice furniture. Couple of things no window in the second bedroom, no blankets provided for colder days or if people like different temperatures. The main issue for us was the ceiling are so so thin you can hear every footstep! It was so loud. Another issue is the blinds in the bedroom are wooden white and don’t fully close the light outside lights the whole room at night. The pool was great really warm, hot tub was great. Location was great. Beach was stunning we had a lovely time.

Clean, accommodating, condo with great views in Indian Rocks Beach

Great customer service. Love how you provide bikes and beach equipment if needed. Also providing parking passes for nearby restaurants was a great perk. Very happy with Plumlee. Thank you!
The property and Plumlee Rentals are wonderful. We have always enjoyed our stays. This facility was one of the nicer large facilities, still keeping the number of units low.
