Direct Gulf front condo with wide new sliders from the living area to the private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Front row seats for the amazing sunsets. The upgraded kitchen is perfect for making memorable family meals. The living room has a ceiling fan, TV, and a Blue-Ray DVD player. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has both a Queen bed and a Twin bed, ceiling fan and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. This unit has secure WiFi and Free long distance in the U.S. and Canada. Don't forget to ask the rental manager about FREE weekday bikes. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There is a secure elevator, and a heated swimming pool. There is a charcoal BBQ on the North patio for guest use.

I have rented from Plumlee since 2009
by Paulette H.I have always rented from Plumlee and I have stayed in this condo before (HOLIDAY VILLA II #117) but did not use the 2nd bedroom before. The wicker furniture in the 2nd bedroom should be replaced. We love the condo except for that!
All the staff I encountered at check in were very nice as they always are!
Would rent with Plumlee again.

Just FYI - the room was great, but not very soundproof, we heard quite a bit of furniture moving around from the unit upstairs. Love the assigned parking space, just wish people would pull all the way into their spot. Nothing you can really do about it, just thought you'd like to know. Would definitely use your company if we are ever looking for a rental in your area again!

by Dawn C.We discovered Holiday Villas II while renting in Indian Shoreas area five years ago. I have worked with Kim the past few years and Stephan also welcomed us this year. I did have to request a new coffee pot and it was delivered the same day.Our children visited, and supported the French bakery and Indian Shores Coffee. It is nice to have parking and a guest spot. Good supply of dishes and bakeware. Thank you, and that pool is the best!!
Beautiful Condo

Good location. Beautiful sunsets. Well maintained pool. Easy access to washer/dryer.
Great place to stay for the money. The area is nice and quiet and not over ran by heavy traffic. Great midway point between st Pete beach and Clearwater. Easy travel to anything within 15 minutes
