The balcony was lovely to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We truly enjoyed our stay. We found Plumlee Vacation rentals by prior stays in the area. All staff were nice.

Wonderful small condo just steps from the beach We (3 adults) stayed here over the Christmas holiday week and really enjoyed our stay! We absolutely LOVED that the condo is in a building with only 4 total units - it really felt cozy and quiet, which was very peaceful. We were also blown away by how LARGE the condo felt in comparison to others we've stayed in. Upon walking in, you have a very long hallway with the bedroom doors along it, which then opens to a very large living room area with high ceilings. There was a lot of natural light, so the place felt very light and airy, which was lovely. The condo is extremely close to the beach (only steps away) and has great views of the ocean, beach, and greenery (there are wonderful lush trees next to the complex that were beautiful). The condo was super well-stocked with all of our kitchen needs for baking, cooking, and eating (with the exception of tupperware - there were only 1-2 options for food storage). Overall, it felt like a good location, only a mile or two from a lot of the restaurants (and there are a few restaurants a block away). There is also a convenience store right across the street, which was super helpful to grab things we needed along the way. The back of the complex also opens up to a cute little park. Our only complaints about the trip were pretty minor: 1) the chairs on the balcony are lacking (they're the little plastic ones that make you sit upright). We actually borrowed some chairs from the pool during our stay to use on the balcony. 2) We rented an umbrella and three chairs from the property mgmt company, which we had to lug from their office to the condo, along with all of our luggage. That was really tough without a car, so plan ahead for a larger car service if you don't have a car. 3) The dryer left black streaks on our clothes, I'm guessing because the clothes get lodged into the dryer somewhere. Hopefully the property mgmt can fix that fairly easily. Overall, this was a fantastic condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, peaceful and beautiful location. Kitchen is very well furnished with pots, pans and dishes. Very convenient to Walmart and Publix grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was big, nice and clean. The location, excellent. We arrived on Christmas so we found the keys in a box, it was easy. We spent beautiful days at Indian Rock shores, people were kind and restaurants were open.. Check out was fast. Thanks Plumlee

It would be wonderful to have cable access on the TV in the Master Bedroom. Pathway to beach needed to be cleared of weeds (not foliage but plain old weeds) Other than that....fabulous spot and would book there again!!

Wow, exceeded expectations in this amazing condo, very spacious clean and on couldn't get closer to the beach. Two very good sized bedrooms, living and kitchen area, This condo is perfect for families, the pool is clean and well maintained, the beach is very clean and the sea is clear and calm so great for swimming. One of the best things is watching the Sunset every night from the balcony! Great location with some very good restaurants in walking distance, the location is only 8 miles from Clearwater which is beautiful as well. Definitely will be booking to stay here again.

The location of the condo #204 was exquisite. The kitchen was fully furnished and maybe the only thing missing was a cutting board and some extra spoons but other than that all was there. What we didn't know was that it even had a pack and play and a toddler chair for the baby and we brought ours too, we didn't have to. Always check before you take more stuff than you need. The kids loved the bunk bed. There were many chairs or couches to relax and sit in the condo. The pool was clean and maintained frequently while we were there during the week. You have also your own fresh water shower next to the pool to rinse off the sand from eth beach. There is a box with beach toys and other beach things for the kids to play with. The water of the Gulf is muggy in this area but there is a lot of sea creatures the kids loved to discover (sand dollars and snails in sea shells). We had beautiful views of the sunsets. The building has only four units and they were most of the time empty. The building needs some soundproofing as when there were tenants below us we could hear them talking. I am sure they could hear the baby crying at night, too. But for the rest, this was an excellent spot and we also took advantage of the free bikes you can borrow from Plumlee to ride up and down the streets or the beach if you like. We enjoyed our stay and the condo as it was clean and very spacious (we went with 3 adults 2 kids and a baby).
