Sometimes you just need some quick, easy and delicious meal ideas for your vacation days or any day of the week. We've rounded up a some of our favorite eats that can be easily made in your vacation rental kitchen without much time or effort but with results that are sure to please. This Sweet and Spicy Salmon recipe is about to be on your weekly dinner rotation! With only 5 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes of cook time, it's on the table in 15 minutes flat. It only requires a few simple ingredients resulting in salmon that is moist and bursting with flavor. It’s delicious and under 350 calories per serving. So easy, so good! Serve it up with a salad or side or rice and you're done.
Ooh, buffalo chicken sandwiches are a favorite when you go out, but how about making it at home or in your vacation rental? It's so incredibly easy. Get a precooked rotisserie chicken, grab your favorite bottle of buffalo wing sauce, and some hearty rolls. Don't forget the bleu cheese and celery!
