VACATION RENTAL HOUSEKEEPING PRECAUTIONS

As members of Vacation Rentals Housekeeping Professionals we already follow the strictest guidelines, but have implemented additional precautions. Plumlee Vacation Rentals is taking the following steps to ensure the safety of potential guests, our staff, and vendors.

DRIVE THRU CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Plumlee Realty offers Drive Thru Check-ins and Check-out as an option instead of coming inside the Vacation Rentals Office. This follows the recommendations for social distancing and helping to minimize person-to-person contact at this time.

IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY

Unlike most vacation rental companies, we have our own Commercial Laundry to wash towels and bed linens. Our equipment is certified for the proper water and air temperatures for the best sanitation protocols. Other companies may be using consumer grade washers and dryers located in the rental properties.

FOLLOWING CDC AND LOCAL GUIDELINES

We are diligently tracking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health department officials to make sure our policies and procedures meet or exceed guidelines.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND SAFETY MEASURES

Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure that your rental meets or exceeds public health guidelines. Our housekeepers have begun using bleach as an additional disinfectant. Inspectors go in afterwards to wipe down high-touch surfaces a second time using disinfectant wipes. Team Members are being encouraged to communicate by phone or email, and to stay home if they are sick.
