The block party is where the action is at on Friday night. Meet the drivers, see the Super Boats on display, enjoy contests, games, prizes and vendors too. There’s a lot of free family fun to be had, so bring everyone! Live entertainment on the street begins at 7p.m.

It’s the Clearwater Beach festival that we all know and love amped up a notch or two. The Sunsets at Pier 60 Festival runs through the evening offering the vendors, ice cream, and entertainment you’d expect. Stay for the fireworks display at 9p.m. and enjoy the show. Don’t forget, it’s free!

Super Boat Race Day

Take me out to the races, baby! This is the big day. Watch the races from Pier 60 (tickets required), from your own boat, or find your own special spot in the sand. Hyatt Resort also offers a viewing area starting at 11a.m. from the VIP 8th floor Vista Terrace offering a cash bar and light snacks. Space is limited though and spots fill quickly. There’s a Clearwater Super Boat After Party at Shephard’s Beach Resort Clearwater Beach. After party starts at 4p.m. and continues on until the party is over.
Baystar Race Village is open from 10a.m. to 6p.m. on race day, boat launchings are from 10a.m. to 12 noon, and the Super Boat Award Presentations run from 4:30-5:30p.m.
The Super Race day schedule is as follows:
- 12 noon – Super Boat Race Heat 1: Super Boat Stock, Super Boat Vee, Production 3 & 4
- 1:30p.m. – Super Boat Race Heat 2: Super Boat Unlimited, Super Boat Extreme
- 2:30p.m. – Super Boat Race Heat 3: Super Boat
Clearwater Super Boat Race Spectator Cruise

Another way to enjoy the Super Boat races is on a 5-hour spectator cruise. Experience all of the action with a whale’s eye view aboard the StarLite Majesty Dining Yacht located at the Clearwater Beach Marina. The CSB Race Spectator Cruise boards at 10:30a.m., departs at 11a.m., and returns at 4p.m. All aboard! You can purchase cruise tickets here.
