✓ Do yoga on the beach.

Come on, you know you want to! Haven’t you always imagined how relaxing and peaceful it would be? Add in some breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views and it doesn’t get any better. Yoga on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach happens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 21st and 22nd Avenue North right on the sand. All levels are welcome for each 75-minute session. It’ll be the best $7 you’ll ever spend. Namaste!

✓ Swim in the Gulf of Mexico.

Crystalline gulf waters are the crowned jewel of the west coast Florida shoreline. Sparkling blue-green waters, gentle tides, and warm salt water are very inviting. You should definitely accept! A swim in the Gulf of Mexico is good for the mind, body and soul. Float your days away and feel your cares melt away.

✓ Get lost in a local park.

The beach isn’t the only place that offers coastal beauty as far as the eye can see. Did you know that the City of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida has seven public parks? And guess what, they’re each worth visiting! That’s probably a little unrealistic during your time in Indian Rocks Beach, but at least try to visit a new one each time you vacation here. As a side note, Indian Rocks Beach also has 27 beach accesses, some which are part of the local parks, each leading you down a path into our little island paradise. See for yourself!
