The Pier 60 Pavilion hosts a variety of live bands for your listening pleasure. It’s the perfect location to enjoy live music in a lively and beautiful beach atmosphere. Stroll the length of the pier and peruse the coastal arts and crafts. Take something home with you as a memento of your time here on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Don’t forget to take in the amazing Gulf Coast sunset. The views from the pier are spectacular.
Be entertained by the various buskers, better known as street performers, who will amaze you with their performances. On any given day you may see magicians, balloon artists, fire eaters, sword swallowers, stilt walkers, living statues, escape artists, break dancers, performing pets and jugglers. There is no admission fee or tickets for the performances as the buskers rely solely on the assessment of the audience for compensation. If you like what you see, feel free to contribute directly to the performer. The Sunsets at Pier 60 festival is proud to provide a place for the cultivation of the performing arts in Pinellas County.
Free movies on the beach are offered this month each Friday and Saturday evening beginning at dusk at Pier 60. All you need to bring is a beach towel, blanket or low-sitting chair.
