In a nutshell, Christa was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
This purchase is house number 15 or 16 for us. So, we have had the opportunity to work with several different Real Estate Agents across the country. Christa is our favorite! We first met Christa at an open house where she was representing sellers of a condo in Indian Rocks Beach. Our sole purpose that day was to visit different “open houses” to interview different Real Estate Agents. We met 5 or 6 agents and found Christa to be the most sincere and friendly of those with whom we spoke. She demonstrated very good local market knowledge and was diligent without being pushy to understand our needs. She was very pleasant and professional.
We returned to our home in Fort Lauderdale and waited a few days to make our decision regarding our choice of an agent. It was not a difficult decision. We both felt Christa is someone we could trust and respect. We explained to Christa that we were not in a rush but were quite specific in our needs. We explained that the process might become very time consuming as we wanted to thoroughly explore the area from Tarpon Springs south to Tierra Verde before locking in on a location. We sure took our time and made numerous trips to scour the area. Christa was incredibly patient and supportive of our endeavors. Over time we came to feel that Christa was more than just an Agent. She was fast becoming a friend; we really enjoyed working with her! Though we looked at many different homes, never once did we feel pressured to decide. That is not to say that she did not assist in evaluating the many opportunities. She was in fact very supportive in helping us sift through the choices to make the best decision possible. She always seemed to have our best interests at heart.
In the end we chose the house in Belleair Beach which we visited numerous times. We are thrilled with our final decision as is our entire family of kids and grandkids. Her assistance throughout the negotiating process all the way through to closing was superb! Her attention to the “details” was incredible and especially appreciated since we were not here locally to attend to many of the “check list” items. As we have said, she is incredibly patient but wow, is she a hard-working person! We cannot say enough good about her. We hope this is our final home but if we need more real estate assistance, buying or selling, Christa is our Realtor. And we will be sure to pass her name on with very high recommendations.
