As far as feedback on Tim. I will preface my comments with the thought that everyone is different and has different needs – and Tim has the skills to help different buyers and sellers. Tim was perfect for me because he was there when I needed him without holding my hand (which I don’t need). In other words he was easy going (which I do need), and I would whole heartedly recommend him.
