Your Firestone Grand Prix Fan Guide for Florida's Gulf Coast

Hey there race fans, this one's for you. The Firestone Grand Prix in St. Petersburg, located on the gorgeous Gulf Coast of Florida, hits the streets Friday, March 11 through Sunday, March 13. That's right around the corner!

Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg is a three-day fast and furious festival that takes place along the waterfront of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The event features a 1.8-mile, 14-turn temporary street course highlighting some of the best racing North America has to offer along with activities, live entertainment and fun for all ages. Entry Gate Hours & Locations

Friday: 8a.m.6p.m.
Saturday: 8a.m.6p.m.
Sunday: 8a.m.5p.m.

Here's where you can find the entrances for the Grand Prix of St. Pete. Gate 1 is located at 1st Avenue S. and 1st Street S., and offers on-site ticket sales. Gate 5 is located at 5th Avenue S. and 2nd Street N., and offers on-site ticket sales. Gate 5 also houses the Will Call ticket window.

Parking Information

Firestone Grand Prix of St. Pete

On-site parking is extremely limited and only available with event-issued parking passes.

Public parking is available nearby in metered spaces and in city-owned garages. City garages charge an all-day event rent. Garages include South core and BayWalk Garage. Private lots, garages, and on-street park are also available, just be sure to observe all posted parking regulations. Click here for a map of downtown St. Pete parking.

There is a free shuttle from Tropicana Field parking lots to the race track. Parking at Tropicana Field is $10. The shuttle picks passengers up outside the main parking gate at 10th Street N. and 3rd Avenue S. and drop passengers near the Hilton hotel on the north side of 4th Avenue S. between 2nd and 3rd Streets N. (approximately two blocks from Gate 5). The shuttle operates all three days from 7a.m.7p.m.
