November 7-9, 2019 

Old Salt Fall King of the Beach Fishing Tournament, Madeira Beach

This is one of the oldest, richest and most exciting Kingfish tournaments in the United States. If you fish for Smoker Kings and like to win big money then you should be fishing the 26th Annual Old Salt Fall King of the Beach. Held in beautiful Madeira Beach, Florida, twice every year in the fall and spring, the King of the Beach Kingfish Tournament is host to competitive fishing teams from the S.E. November 8-10, 2019 

Sponge Dock Seafood Festival, Tarpon Springs

This popular annual festival happens along Dodecanese Boulevard and provides plenty of tasty choices to please everyone’s palate, including non-seafood items for land lubbers. Continuous live music is offered all weekend long, featuring local and regional musicians plus specifically selected artisans, craftsmen and other vendors show and sell nautical and food related art, crafts, fishing apparel, kitchen and cooking items, food samples and much more. November 9, 2019 

Veterans Boat Parade, Madeira Beach

Celebrate Veterans Day a few days early! Join the community in honoring the local veterans by entering your boat or just come and watch from the shore as they travel past. The boat parade ceremony begins at 10a.m. from the American Legion Post 273 located at 600 American Legion Drive in Madeira Beach. Everyone is invited! Boats can be entered in the parade by contacting the parade committee. Participants are encouraged to decorate their boat patriotically. Event details here.

Taste of IRB, Chic-A-Si Park

Come and get a taste of the local flavor from 3-9p.m. at Chic-A-Si Park in Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy great food, music and fun for everyone at the annual Taste of IRB featuring food from a variety of local restaurants, beer, wine, soda and water. Bring beach chairs or blankets and spend the evening listening to great music, sampling the best fare the beach has to offer, and partying with good friends and neighbors. Hope to see you there! Christmas Town, Busch Gardens Tampa

Christmas Town was voted one of USA Today‘s 10 Best Theme Park Holiday events! It’s Christmas every day at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, with millions of twinkling lights, the Sing-Along Train, holiday shows, and visits with Santa and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. November 20-24, 2019 

Sanding Ovations Master’s Cup Sand Sculpting, Treasure Island

This local favorite event is a four day sand sculpting competition and music festival located on the beach behind the Bilmar Beach Resort on Treasure Island, Florida. The competition is filled with ten world renowned, professional sand sculptors from all over the globe, who create astonishing works of art using nothing but sand, water and lots of their own imagination. Sanding Ovations is a free event held on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Event details here.

Suncoast Jazz Festival, Clearwater Beach

Five indoor venues set the stage for this toe-tapping jazz festival with music from morning into the late evening. November 29 through January 4, 2019

Holiday Lights, Florida Botanical Gardens

Join in this Pinellas County holiday tradition and make it your new family tradition. The gardens sparkle with more than 1 million twinkling, colorful, LED lights of all shapes and sizes. Brand new this year are the expanded pathways and displays following the recently created Wetlands Walkway. Enjoy this nightly event from 5:30 to 9:30p.m. Admission is a suggested donation of $5 per person over the age of 13. Donations support the ongoing maintenance, upkeep and expansion of the Florida Botanical Gardens. Event details here.
