Kolb Park is the place to be on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 10a.m. to 1p.m. Tasty treats, Halloween hoopla and festive fun abound for all ages, but especially for the younger ones in your family. Carve a pumpkin, get your child’s face painted, visit the petting zoo, take a train ride or even a pony ride, and see what other family-friendly activities are happening during the annual IRB Hallowfest. Trunk or Treat at the First Baptist Church in Indian Rocks Beach

Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 6:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. is the safe and family-friendly Trunk or Treat event. Bring the family for a night of fun with inflatables for the kids, candy trails and plenty more family adventures and activities. Have a safe night of trunk or treat all along the candy trail where the candy is plentiful.

Friday, October 27, 2017 is when you can find the Halloween Block Party which includes a costume contest, fishing tournament and trick-or-treating from 1-6p.m. Enjoy the rest of the John’s Pass Seafood Festival activities and events, too, all weekend long. Boo Bash at Spectrum Field in Clearwater

It’s all treats and no tricks at this free Halloween celebration at the ball field. Take part in all the family fun with activities, hay rides, costume contest right on the field, games, and lots of candy. The Boo Bash happens from 5:30-8:30p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Spectrum Field in Clearwater. Not-so-scary fun for everyone!

Creatures of the Night at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo

Creatures of the Night at the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa runs Friday and Saturday evenings through October 28, 2017. Hoot, howl and hang out as the zoo is transformed into an eerie Halloween adventure for the whole family. Creatures begin to emerge at dusk, so be ready. Don’t worry there isn’t any horror or gore, just fun frights for all ages.
