event for you. This weekend on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 from 10a.m. to 4p.m., the 11th Annual Downtown Dunedin Craft Festival takes place along Main Street in this quaint Gulf Coast town.
The free event is open to the public and draws a crowd every year. Craft enthusiasts enjoy attending this first-rate showcase which features a nice selection of contemporary, original works from over 100 local and national crafters from 30 different states.The products are all handmade in the United States and the prices are very reasonable.

ection of crafts represented here including botanical hotplates, ceramic planters, functional pottery, hair accessories, one-of-a-kind jewelry, folk art, personalized gifts, handmade clothing, basket weaving, beaded utensils, candles, cork assemblage, fabric design, fiber quilts, fused wax and glass, handbags and accessories, handmade cards, leather, mosaic, woodwork, painted wood, plaster craft, stained glass, and so much more. This is a juried outdoor craft showcase where crafters are selected from hundreds of applicants. Another great benefit of the Downtown Dunedin Craft Show is that the crafters are on-hand throughout the duration of the festival to answer any and all of your questions and discuss their work.
“The public can meet the artists and discuss their artwork before making a purchase, creating a personal experience and a connection to the piece they bring into their home,” said Helayne Stillings, Vice President of American Craft Endeavors.
The Town of Dunedin sponsors the yearly event and welcomes new guests to the festival. If you’re vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores this weekend, you’re only a short coastal drive away from Dunedin. It’s about 30 minutes north and worth the trip. Mark it on your vacation itinerary!
