Greenfest in Indian Rocks Beach
St. Patrick’s Day weekend is only a couple of weeks away and that means it’s time for the 6th annual Greenfest in Greenfest LogoIndian Rocks Beach. Join in the celebration on Saturday, March 16 from 10a.m. to 5p.m. for a day packed with “green” fun.

With a focus on local, eco-friendly products and services, festival-goers enjoy a range of activities including shopping for local, organic and environmentally friendly products at the green marketplace. Live music by Toni Wylie and the Islands sets the mood while Greenfest guests enjoy food from local restaurants, draft beer and wine. There is plenty for kids of all ages to do including a bounce house, a playground, arts and crafts, and dancing.

Take the opportunity to cIndian Rocks Beach Greenfesthat with some local nonprofit groups that are on-hand such as the Sea Bird Sanctuary, Surfrider Foundation, and the Pinellas County Extension. They love sharing information on their community involvement and are always welcoming to those interested in getting involved.

Pinellas Great American Clean Up
Join in and support the local effort to keep our beaches and surrounding coastal areas beautiful by helping out in the Pinellas Great American Clean UpPinellas Great American Clean Up. On Saturday, March 16 from 8a.m. to 12 noon, meet us at the 18th Avenue beach access just north of Pinellas County Beach Access Park in Indian Rocks Beach to help with the Great American Clean Up community event. The City of Indian Rocks Beach partners with Keep America Beautiful and Keep Pinellas Beautiful to help clean up our parks, public areas and waterways.
