Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty, dba Plumlee Vacation Rentals is the “Two Nights in Paradise Give-Away” Sponsor. No purchase or payment of any kind necessary to enter the Contest for a chance to win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the likelihood of winning. Void where prohibited. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply for redeeming. You (the Contestant) must subscribe to Plumlee Vacation Rentals’ email newsletters for one complete entry. One entry per person. Subscription is free of charge and may be discontinued by unsubscribing. By entering, you accept to receive marketing emails from Plumlee Vacation Rentals.
1. Eligibility
Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty, dba Plumlee Vacation Rentals’ (the Sponsor) “2 Nights in Paradise Give-Away” (the Contest) is open to those who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sponsor’s employees, contractors, realtors, reservationists, advertising agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or other employees, along with immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) are not eligible to win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the Contestant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Those who enter the Contest, but are not permitted to rent through Plumlee Vacation Rentals will automatically be disqualified.
Persons who try to abuse the system or violate the Official Rules will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any use of robotic or automatic programs used to enter multiple times will be subject to disqualification. By entering the Contest, Contestants accept the Privacy Policy for the use of email for marketing purposes.
2. Contest Period
Contest begins on May 14, 2024, and ends on August 15, 2024 . The drawing date is estimated to be between August 16-19, 2024. The potential Winner (once verified) will be emailed about their winnings.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, visit https://www.plumleegulfbeachrealty.com and subscribe to Plumlee Vacation Rentals’ email newsletters. The Sponsor must receive all entries during the Contest Period. No other forms of entry are valid. One entry per person. Those trying to enter multiple times will not be entered into the final drawing. The requirements include filling out the subscription form presented in a pop-up box at the website https://www.plumleegulfbeachrealty.com upon visiting the website. We do not share your information with other organizations. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The potential Winner will be notified via email. The potential Winner will be required to respond to the notification within a seventy-two (72) hour time period. If the potential Winner has not responded within seventy-two (72) hours, a potential alternative Winner may be selected and will also be required to respond within the same allotted timeframe. The Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
5. Prize Details
The Winner will receive a voucher for a 2-night complimentary stay in a one-bedroom condo on Indian Shores, Florida. The Approximate Retail Value (“AVR”) is $599.00. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. The voucher expires on January 31, 2025.
• Unit Limitations: The Winner will be limited to vacation rental condo availability.
• Blackout Dates: Holidays, the Months of February, March, and the first two weeks in April (Call for exact dates).
• Occupancy Limits: The Winner must abide by the occupancy limits of the unit set forth by the Sponsor and the condo association.
• Vacation Rental Agreement: Winner must sign the Vacation Rental Agreement (“VRA”), Plumlee Vacation Rentals’ Agreement. This document must be signed before arrival after setting up the reservation.
• Other Terms: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered. If the Winner does not accept the prize or conditions for the prize, another potential Winner may be chosen at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Winner must call the main office listed under Section Eight (8) Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty Contact Information to redeem the prize. The Winner must contact and speak directly to Rental Manager Stephan Vodegel at 727-595-7586. Booking online is not an option. The Winner may not book online and request a refund for the amount paid online.
6. Limitations of Liability and Release
The Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and other agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, or misdirected entries. If entering using a mobile device or using a wireless carrier, standard data charges may apply. Costs from entering using an Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless carrier, or mobile provider are not the Sponsor’s responsibility but rather the Contestants in its entirety.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the Winner permits the Sponsor to use the participant’s name, biographical information, and other information submitted for advertising and promotion without further compensation without notice, review, or approval as permitted by law. Once verified as the official prize Winner, information that may be used includes first name, last initial, city, and state.
