I wanted to thank you again for all your hard work and diligence in pursuing the sale of this property. I have worked in several areas of the real estate business over the last 15 years, and I have rarely seen a Realtor work so hard and be so persistent. Some agents would have bowed out on a challenging sale like ours – when not allowed access to the property. Most would have said enough is enough when called to testify in court. I’m not even sure when you were first asked to get involved with this sale, but this was quite a process. You saw this one through to the end and had it sold in less than a month on the market. Way to go the extra distance. GREAT JOB! .

As far as feedback on Tim. I will preface my comments with the thought that everyone is different and has different needs – and Tim has the skills to help different buyers and sellers. Tim was perfect for me because he was there when I needed him without holding my hand (which I don’t need). In other words he was easy going (which I do need), and I would whole heartedly recommend him.

I bought this condo from Tim and have worked with him multiple times over the years with rentals and sales and when I was President of the board of one of the condos. This is our fourth transaction with Tim, and he’s now looking for our next property. We met Tim in 2012 and since then he’s been someone we 110% rely on. He knows the market, is very tenacious and works hard for his clients. The man can negotiate! When we couldn’t get to Florida to sell our house due to Covid, Tim went above and beyond. Our tenant was less than respectful to our property, and we needed extensive repairs. Tim arranged it all and made sure the work was done well. We recently found out he and his family took their own time (and truck) to personally remove some of the stuff left by the tenant. We don’t know of anyone else who would ever go above and beyond like that!
