Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty Rental Policies

Occupancy

At least one adult over the age of 25 years must be present in each rental unit for the duration of the stay.

Minimum Length of Stay

During High Season bookings are Saturday to Saturday
July 4th Bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights

Payment

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation and travel insurance (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier\'s check, money order, travelers check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER).

Security Deposit

On arrival guests will be asked to provide a VISA, MasterCard or Discover imprint for a security deposit or a $500 cash deposit.

Cancellation

Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $200 Service Fee and Travel Insurance Premium, if purchased).

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in most of our Vacation Rentals. the few that allow pets are stated under the property

Rates are subject to change without notice

Departure Fee

A $140 Departure Fee includes Cleaning and Local Telephone.

Sales Tax

13% Sales Tax applies to all rentals.

Unavailability

If, for reasons beyond our control, the unit reserved for you becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to move you to another unit.

Discounts & Surcharges

Discount 10% for stays of 4 weeks or more (excluding March & April).
10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks:
Christmas, New Years, and July 4th.
Units with spiral staircases or corner units, add 5%.
