Individual condo rates will no longer be based solely on the building they reside in, but rather the condition and quality of that particular rental unit.



$120-$135 Depearture Fee (Cleaning and Local Telephone) and 12% Sales Tax not included in above rates. $45 Accidental Rental Protection will be added to each reservation.

Special:
10% Discount for stays of 4 weeks or more (excluding March and April)

10% Surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks ~ July 4th and Easter

~ Units with spiral staircases add 5%
~ Corner units add 5%
~ Corner units with spiral staircase add 10%
